On Sunday, October 29, 2006 Leroy Van Dyke appeared live in concert at the Cochran Auction Complex in Boonsboro, Maryland. This free concert was held in conjunction with the Dedication & Open House of the new state-of-the-art Cochran Auction Theatre Building. The audience enjoyed the concert and the ribbon cutting ceremony & speeches made by Jim Cochran, his employees, and Leroy Van Dyke. Auctioneers, auction go-ers, and Leroy Van Dyke fans from Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania were in attendance.
